Swiid Technologies

This policy covers swiidtech.com, the website of Swiid Technologies. Each of our products, such as adire ai, has its own privacy policy on its own website.

What we collect

Contact form: your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message.
Kubo, the chat assistant: the questions you type or tap, which page you were on, and a random code that groups one visit's questions together. The code is kept in your browser only for that visit and isn't linked to your name or email.
Basic technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to run and protect the site.

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't sell your information.

Why we collect it

To reply to your message.
To see what people ask Kubo, so we can improve his answers and the site.
To keep the site running and protect it from spam and abuse.

Who handles it for us

We use a small number of service providers that store or process information on our behalf:

Vercel, which hosts the website.
Supabase, which stores contact messages and Kubo questions.
An AI provider (such as Anthropic), which receives the questions you type to Kubo so he can answer them.
An email delivery service, if we use one to notify our team about new contact messages.

We share information only with these providers, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages for as long as we need them to follow up with you, and Kubo questions for as long as they help us improve the site. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@swiidtech.com. We'll reply within 30 days.

Children

This website isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
